In September of 2009, Wors. Clint Black and Dick Covert visited Masonic, CA with their wives.  Masonic is a ghost town located near the border of Nevada, east of Sacramento, CA.  It is actually Masonic Mountain and is near the town of Bridgeport, CA.  Masonic was a gold mining town starting in the 1860s, and, at one time, had a population of about 1,000 people.
